Registration fees

The standard conference fee covers all conference activities (scientific conference,
exhibition, Technology Transfer & Business event) welcome drink, conference dinner, refreshments drinks, coffee breaks and lunches, abstract book, conference proceedings and the technology co-operation catalogue.

The registration fee for students covers the participation in all the technical sessions, the coffee breaks, lunches and abstract book but not the conference proceedings and technology co-operation catalogue.

Any Technology Provider can participate in the Exhibition as an Exhibitor with a stand (5 sq.m. space with poster board, desk and power supply provided).

The one day ticket for the Technology Transfer Event includes the TT event portfolio the technical sessions and the lunches/coffee breaks during the day. Conference dinner and conference proceedings/abstract book are not included.

Method of Payment

Please download the registration form ETNDT5_REGISTRATION.doc and send by fax to the Conference Secretary, Mrs M. BOURLAU, at +32 (0)2 629 29 28. Alternatively, send a scanned copy to etndt5@cc.uoi.gr. Please include a copy of your wire transfer transaction, if applicable.

Payments should be made in Euros (€) without charges for the beneficiary by Bank Transfer to:

No registration will be confirmed until the corresponding payment has been received.

Cancellation and refund

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the conference
secretariat. 75% of the total payment will be reimbursed for cancellations received
before July 31th, 2011. No refunds will be made for cancellations after that date.
